I hear all the time that people don't use their CRM because it takes too much time.
One of the biggest benefits of a CRM is the ability to take the mundane work off of your plate. That all starts with the outreach and follow-up procedures for new leads. Depending on what CRM you're using, adding a new lead may actually be the most time consuming activity of the CRM. If you're in a sales position where you are often obtaining lead information in a real-time conversation, the risk of that information not getting entered into the CRM in a timely manner, accurately, or AT ALL can be pretty high.
So how can we address these concerns? Make it simple. Have Siri do it.
Using the iOs app, Shortcuts and either the platform Zapier or your CRM's native webhook, entering a contact into your CRM can be simple. Watch the video and see what I mean.
